Deepest Dorset Home Home This

20.10
Deepest Dorset.

Home! Home! This simple, profound joy of being in one's place in the world. And last night with Toyah - wonderful! I stayed in London to watch her on tv this morning: a retreat at a Catholic mission in Santa Barbara. She spoke of her grief at not seeing her husband very much. Probably, this is my only continuing grief: that my work takes me away from my Wife and Home.

The last performance of "Snow White" in Stevenage today is presently underway. I'll collect Toyah en route to York for the talk on Thursday, and then we have several days together. Yippee!

My Sister has called with helpful advice on public speaking. And I have been reflecting on the talk before now coming to the computer.
